Amidst all the struggles with water we have, I’m really grateful…That we’re doing OK.
Unbelievable how this rainbow appeared right above us this evening, reminding us of our time in australia when we saw 19 rainbows in a month… and God’s steadfast encouragement that we would be OK.
After all the challenges of our first year here, I really wasn’t sure if we’d thrive here much longer. East Africa can be a hard place even on the most resilient of people.
And yet, today’s rainbow reminded me of how the tide has turned, we are thriving amidst difficult challenges and are still joyful, still hopeful.
If you’re in a valley, I hope you’ll give yourself a chance.
