If we process grief well, what a different life we’d live. 💛
As a parent, I’m guilty of wanting to make my kids feel better as soon as they feel awful about something. But more than that, I’m beginning to see that a more valuable gift is to give them the skills to process their hurts and losses in life.
With a bit of food coloring and bleach (be careful!), I found this experiment on YouTube and decided to use it to help us go through our most recent grief together.
By sharing and validating our griefs, we can go and grow a long way.
