I will never ever take for granted all that we have access to in the developed world.
I stood in this aisle for a while today, just taking it all in— how affordable and convenient such high quality art supplies are here, and how expensive and hard they are to find in another world.

It boggles my mind how such high quality supplies can be sold so affordably in the developed world but can cost so much more in the developing world.
High import taxes in remote areas make ordinary items so much more expensive than we dared think— yet, so much more of the world’s poor live there.
Such is inequity.
