Recently, I’ve had more physio “homework” to do, some of which like “Superman” exercises (think neck extension while lying prone) are less enjoyable.
My 6-yr old came up with this chart on her own so she could track my progress.
“Mama, if you don’t like an exercise, just do one set at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then it will feel easy! I’ll chart it here for you.”
