I admit, that I fought hard to hold back tears.
When tin roof, brick, soil, yellow sunflower and ochre maize fields surrounded me in Tanzania, this was not the primary school I’d imagined God might lead us to enrol my children in.
After all, I had the chance to send my children to my Alma mater, a highly-coveted primary school with state-of-the-art facilities.
That night, I could not sleep.
But as days passed, I learnt something that blew my mind.
