Another morning making Thank You cards with my girls— to say thank you to the doctors, dentists who have helped us for years (even remotely when we’re away) and people who opened up their homes to us— to make our return to Singapore and Australia possible.
There are more of you of course, so many who’ve blessed us— (more than I can help my girls make without them feeling forced 🙈) thank you for journeying with us and sowing into our lives.

Realized today that the Bajaji I was on was essentially broken— and we nearly got tipped over by a monster truck because the reverse/ start lever was broken. 🤯 God’s really overhauled our prayer lives here- every day feels like a gift.
I’ve always wondered if my kids feel bored or frustrated with the lack of options here— there aren’t malls to visit or a great many places to eat out at. But it always amazes me how content and happy they are revisiting this hole-in-the-wall of a bakery, that serves just a simple array of bakes. So much comfort in a little choco-donut.
I know how much they miss their McDonald’s meals, their Chateraise strawberry shortcakes, their 店小二 Chinese food. But it makes me love their hearts of contentment all the more.
