Here’s sharing a shout-out on behalf of The Thought Collective:
Are you a young adult or youth who has always wanted to do something meaningful and help others but never got started? Or do you have an idea that you think can serve your community but feel like you’re alone in it? Maybe you have already started something but you don’t know if you’re on the right track?
If you are 16-35, wanting to do something about poverty in Singapore but not sure how to strategically approach it, please come for this workshop.
If you are in charge of young leaders and see they have a heart for solving poverty and hope they will learn new ways of approaching solutions, please tell them about this workshop.
They’ll journey through one of the most challenged neighbourhoods in Singapore, hear from three young leaders who will share the pros and cons of their own approaches and lastly, learn to ideate with fellow young people and do an elevator pitch for their own poverty alleviation strategy.
It’ll be a great way to meet other youth who care about the same things.
“Every small action matters –
because when 7 billion people do that thing,
it changes the world.”
