On long Saturdays, where there isn’t much to do in our small town, we love creating new things in our kitchen.
So grateful today to be making Zuchinni boats with our girls⛵️
Love seeing them carve out the insides of zucchinis with a spoon, fill them with meat, sprinkle on cheese and then make them “float” on a sea of tomato sauce stewed with the blended zucchini inside.
