Thank you to those of you who’ve written to me to share so honestly about yr own struggles of wanting yr kids to be doctors or whatever model of “successful”- I’m here to say at the end of the day, if we mold our kids to be extensions of ourselves and our dreams, they will all backfire. 💔
I guess that’s why Dragon Lady is so personal to me. Come for the jokes, but I hope one day, I’ll get a chance to be interviewed on the back story behind the jokes.
