Love, Cliff & Wai Jia
Singaporeans are known for our love to savour food,
but when was the last time we paused to savour our journey?
Here’s sharing an amazing opportunity and space for you to chew over some food for thought, and have your perspective of Success challenged.
To whet your appetite, we have Dr Tam Wai Jia, a medical doctor who has been on more than 16 humanitarian trips round the world and was recently featured in Channel News Asia.
Launching her latest book, “Savour”, she shares the bitter and sweet,
of her struggles and joy during her year-long stint in Africa.
Bring your friends along for a thought-provoking Friday night,
and expect a delicious dose of inspiration!
Fun Facts About Wai Jia
Wai Jia was a Youth Expedition Project (YEP) participant about 10 years ago! To better understand the Ugandan community, she actually learnt the language from the locals – a move that left an indelible mark on the people, who told her she was the first foreigner to do so!
