Having just celebrated my husband Cliff’s 34th birthday, I was reminded of the miracle that his life is, since his victory over liver cancer as a child.
So often, we are trapped in the continuum of life that demands the pursuit of wealth, status and accolades. But when time becomes a limited commodity, we are then forced to see what is truly important, which is so often invisible to the human eye, in the light of an eternal purpose that we so easily lose sight of.
In a collaborative project I entitle “Casting Crowns”, I explore the themes of ticking time, letting go of earthly riches and the search for treasures in eternity, in light of our brief existence. Here is the first of the series, named “Time”.
In the last moments of your life,
can you look back and say you lived the way you knew God had called you to?
